Referees can be paid or time used toward community service hours.

If you are 12 years old or older we'd love to have you involved! Information about this age requirement is available at the OSA website.
Returning referees - don't forget to renew on-line with the OSA.
H.E.A.D.S. has an excellent support and development program for new refs. Adults as well as young people are encouraged to give it a try!

Laws of the Game
You can read the latest updated version of the Laws which were last modified at
the 124th Annual General Meeting of the International Football Association Board
(IFAB) in Zurich, Switzerland on 6 March 2010. These were brought into effect on
1 July 2010.

Referees need to fill out the following forms. Please download and print them out.
- Ontario Soccer Association Caution Summary Report Form
- Dismissal Report Form
- Referee Special Incident Report Form
For those of you who are already certified, you need to register online with the OSA (Ontario Soccer Association) by May 1. A $15 late fee will be charged by OSA for any registrations received after May 1st.
Both on-line and mail in registration forms are available. This registration will be valid from April to April.
