- Your Registration fee will include the cost of Uniforms.
- Late Fees in effect for all registrations post marked March 14th or later.
- After March 21st applicants may be placed on a waiting list.

New Players
New Players for any Age Group MUST provide proof of age (Birth Certificate or Health Card with birth date). A photocopy must be included with mailed registrations.
2011/2012 Indoors Skill Program
Please register in person at skills session as per Schedule.
- Use the Youth Soccer Registration Form and check off indoor soccer.
The fees for this program will be: $85.00. This will include Friday evening skills sessions at the Erin High School gym, 5-6 practices held at an indoor facility and possibly some outdoor sessions in the fall 2011 and spring 2012 (weather permitting).

Schedule
Barbour Field;
Fridays in October and April, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
Sessions will be moved to the Erin High School in bad weather.
Erin High School Double Gym;
Fridays in November through to March, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
Indoor Facility;
Dates and times to be determined.
